I had a routine, a to-do list, and the ability to move on from things quickly—or so I thought. But beneath that surface was a younger version of me who still felt afraid, unworthy, and tired of pretending to be okay. What changed everything for me was learning about inner work —the process of gently connecting with the parts of ourselves we’ve left behind.
